We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of stock being available in our warehouse. However, we are reliant upon suppliers getting stock to us within the quoted delivery times and informing us promptly if stock is no longer available.
Every product has stock availability information displayed in an easy to understand stock grid so you are able to determine how long your order will take to reach you. Remember to add the estimated delivery time to the stock dispatch information. See the Stock Grid Information section for an explanation of our stock grid.

ONE FLAT RATE AUSTRALIA WIDE
Australia wide delivery is charged at a flat rate so you know exactly how much your shipping costs are before ordering, regardless of how many items you buy.

FAST, SAFE AND SECURE POST AT NO EXTRA CHARGE
We now send all our parcels by one of the safest and fastest delivery methods possible - eParcel Express. Australia Post eParcel Express is fully trackable and delivery is signed for so you can be confident your parcel will get to you safe and secure. Someone will need to be available to sign for the parcel during normal delivery hours as Australia Post are not allowed to leave eParcel deliveries without a signature.

GUARANTEED DELIVERY
We guarantee delivery of all our parcels sent within Australia and in the unlikely event of the parcel being lost we will re-ship your order at no extra cost and replace any lost items FREE OF CHARGE.

As we are reliant on external delivery networks we cannot guarantee delivery timescales, we can however give an estimate as to how long your delivery will take. The costs and estimated timescales are shown below:

Australian Orders Only - To keep our flat rate postage as low as possible we charge a handling fee ONLY on large orders (5 items or more) where items are returned.
This ensures we can offer a minimal postage charge to customers who place smaller orders or place large orders and don't use the returns service.
In our experience large orders with returns tend to be difficult for our customers to keep track off, more likely to cause confusion over sizing and more likely to have delayed items.
Orders with FIVE items or more will incur a one off handling fee of $10.00 ONLY if one or more items from the order is returned for refund or exchange. The $10.00 handling fee will be charged when the returns are processed. It will be payable before any exchanges are dispatched or will be deducted from any refund amount.

| What About Customs? |
International shipping may incur local import taxes and duties on goods entering into the destination country. Customers are liable for any such customs charges that may be applicable. As an offset to these possible charges all international orders are GST FREE. Simply register for an account or sign into your existing account to see the prices without GST.
