Australia wide delivery is charged at a flat rate so you know exactly how much your shipping costs are before ordering, regardless of how many items you buy. (excludes handling fee on large orders - see below)

We send our parcels by one of the safest and fastest delivery methods possible - eParcel Express. Australia Post eParcel Express is fully trackable and delivery is signed for so you can be confident your parcel will get to you safe and secure. Someone will need to be available to sign for the parcel during normal delivery hours as Australia Post are not allowed to leave eParcel deliveries without a signature. Please note for security and to guarantee delivery we do not allow delivery without a signature - even if you request it.
GUARANTEED DELIVERY
We guarantee delivery of all our parcels sent within Australia and in the unlikely event of the parcel being lost we will re-ship your order at no extra cost and replace any lost items FREE OF CHARGE.

We offer a discounted postage method which is great for customers who know their correct size or who are buying non returnable items.
The discounted postage applies only if no returns/exchanges are made on an order. Should returns/exchanges be made then an additional postage amount of $5 will be charged. The handling fee (see below) will also be charged in addition if applicable.
HANDLING FEE ON LARGE ORDERS - 7 or more items
To keep our flat rate postage as low as possible we charge a handling fee ONLY on large orders (7 items or more) where items are returned. This ensures we can offer a minimal postage charge to customers who place smaller orders or place large orders and do not return items.
Orders with SEVEN items or more will incur a one off handling fee if one or more items from the order is returned for refund or exchange. The handling fee will be charged when the returns are processed. It will be payable before any exchanges are dispatched or will be deducted from any refund amount.

What About Customs?
International shipping may incur local import taxes and duties on goods entering into the destination country. Customers are liable for any such customs charges that may be applicable.
