| Finally!! Bras that fit!! I don't think my boobs have ever been so supported! You just cannot buy H cups and HH cups in the shops.. but finally... i am comfortable! My waist looks small (which it is) and my boobs look huge (which they are) rather than a mix between the two! Thanks heaps girls! |

We have been having some feedback from customers recently who have not received email replies from us to enquiries they have sent via email and the 'Contact Us' page.
One common theme seems to be that the email accounts being used by these customers are free email accounts such as Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo etc.
Another common factor is that most customers receive the order confirmation emails and the newsletter just not the customer support responses. We have our techies looking into this but so far the consensus is that it is beyond our control and is due to these email providers spam filtering.
Please be assured we answer EVERY email inquiry we get, most within 48 business hours.
As you can imagine it's highly frustrating for us when we know we have responded to customers to then get another email wondering why we haven't replied to you.
POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
1) Add support@bellaforma.com.au to your allowed list or address book so that our emails will not go into your spam folder. Whilst speaking on the phone some customers have discovered our replies to them in their spam folders.
2) Check your spam folder - you might be pleasantly surprised and find our replies still in there.
3) Use an email account other than a free one. We don't pass your email addreses on to anyone else including 'spammers' (see our privacy policy) so a work/private email will only receive emails from us.
4) Give us a ring! We don't know you haven't received our response until we get another email from you so if it's been 48 business hours and your enquiry is urgent give us a ring and we will answer your query immediately.
