But image to my surprise when on holiday in Palm Cove recently, I went to the local supermarket shopping centre to get the groceries and as I walked in the door there was your shop, open for its first days trading. | Safe and Secure Online Payment |
Secure Online Credit Card payment is the quickest and easiest way of shopping with Bella Forma. We accept Visa, Mastercard or your PayPal account.
Please be assured that our online payment methods are secure. We use the St George/Eway partnership or PayPal to process your credit card payments which means Bella Forma does NOT store any of your credit card details on its web server.
Our online payment methods are transmitted over a secure session via 128 bit encryption, the highest level available, using our own GeoTrust SSL certificate. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is the industry standard for conducting secure transactions over the Internet.
These measures add extra levels of security for you the customer so you can be assured that internationally recognised companies with the highest levels of security are looking after your credit card details.

| Secure Online Payment through St George / Eway |
The St George/Eway partnership is a leading online merchant solution provider in Australia and has a reputation for providing secure solutions for online businesses.
As an added level of security we ask you for your CVV2/CVC2 number when purchasing online. This number is printed on the back of the credit card and ensures the person ordering has the card in their possession thus helping to minimise credit card fraud.
Credit card payments using this method are not charged until the goods are shipped.

| Secure Online Payment with your PayPal Account |
PayPal is recognised internationally as being a trusted payment processing service and uses industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. For more information on PayPal click on the 'PayPal' logo above.
If you have used PayPal before just enter your existing account details when prompted by our checkout process.
If you do not have an account with PayPal you will need to create one once you are redirected to the PayPal website before you can proceed with the PayPal payment method. If you would rather not create a PayPal account then we recommend you use the St George/Eway method.
Payments using this method are charged according to PayPal rules, we have no control over this so please check with PayPal.

Offline Payment Methods |
Whilst our online checkout process is completely secure we understand some customers would prefer to pay using an offline method. If you would rather pay offline just complete your order through our checkout by selecting one of the offline payment methods listed below.
All offline payments are best completed through our checkout process as this submits the order to Bella Forma and ensures that stock is held for you until payment is confirmed.
Once the order has been processed make a note of the Order ID number. You can print out your order confirmation/invoice at the end of the checkout process or wait for your confirmation email to arrive.
Then follow the instructions below:

| Offline Credit Card Payment by Phone or Fax |
To pay by Phone - Call Customer Services on the number shown on the invoice making sure you have your Order ID number and credit card details to hand. Our opening hours are in the Contact Us section.
To pay by Fax - Simply print out the order invoice and complete the credit card information, then fax through to Customer Services on the number show on the invoice.

You can send payment for your order direct to our bank account using the following details:

Please make sure you quote your Order ID number as a reference during the Direct Deposit process.
Contact Us once your direct deposit transaction has been completed quoting your Order ID number, this will help us to process your order quickly.

| Gift Voucher |
If you have a Bella Forma Gift Voucher just select the 'Gift Voucher' payment method and enter the gift voucher code when prompted.
You can use a Bella Forma Gift Voucher as full or part payment for orders and are not required to use the whole gift voucher amount in one transaction. Our system will work out any balances remaining on your gift voucher so you are able to return at a later date to spend the rest.
If you have a gift voucher you have used previously and are not sure of the amount remaining just log into your account and click on the 'Gift Voucher' link where you will be able to check your current balance.

Orders paid for online via the St George method or offline via Phone or Fax - credit cards will not be charged until the order is dispatched.
Orders placed using an offline payment method will not be processed until payment has been received and confirmed/cleared. Direct Deposit usually takes 2-3 working days to clear and Cheques take approximately 3-5 working days from receipt of payment to clear. This may cause some delay in quoted delivery times especially if the items are out of stock. For the fastest delivery times we recommend payment using the secure online credit card method.
If an order has been placed using an offline payment method and payment has not been received within 7 days that order will be cancelled. If for any reason your payment will not reach us within 7 days and you wish to complete the order please contact the Orders department here and we may be able to keep the order active for you, we can not however hold stock after the 7 day limit.
We do not accept cash payments and accept no responsibility for cash payments sent to us.
We only accept payment in AUD$ All credit card payments will be converted at the current prevailing exchange rate by the processing bank. All other payment methods should be sent in AUD$ for the amount shown on the order invoice.
All our prices are shown in AUD$ and include GST. For orders placed outside of Australia the GST will be deducted from the product price once you have created an account and logged in.
We display a local curreny equivalent price next to the AUD$ amount. The local currency amount is given as an approximate guide only and the exchange rate used within our system is only updated periodically. Our international customers should check with their bank to get a more accurate conversion or can use an online site such as XE.com
