| The Bella Forma 'Perfect Fit Guarantee' |
Our 'Perfect Fit Guarantee' means we are committed to ensuring you get the best possible fit every time you purchase from us.
To help you to do this we give you 30 days - no questions asked - to return your purchases for a full refund. Your 30 days starts from the initial date of dispatch. Returns after 30 days will be accepted for exchange or store credit only.
We also have a 60 day exchange policy which allows you to swap sizes or items as many times as is necessary until you are happy you have the perfect fit.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 60 days from the initial date of dispatch.
The returns policy starts from the date of dispatch of the first item on the order.
As an added bonus we have FREE return postage to customers within Australia. Customers outside of Australia don't pay any GST on purchases which offsets their returns postage costs. We post any exchange items back to you free of additional postage charge.
All returned items must be received undamaged, unworn, unwashed, with all the labels still attached and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items do not meet these criteria. Refused items will be posted back to you and the additional postage will be charged.

Unlike many websites in Australia we show our commitment to ensuring you get the perfect fit with our returns service which gives you BOTH free returns using our reply paid service and no additional charges on exchanges sent out to you. Returns would normally cost you around $5 per parcel to send back so make sure you factor this in when comparing us to other websites who don't offer a Reply Paid service!
Simply stick the supplied postage paid returns label onto your parcel and send your returns by standard parcel post. If you have mislaid the label the returns address is:

Whilst it doesn't happen very often sometimes a return will get lost on the way back to us. We accept no responsibility for returns which are lost on their way back to us using the reply paid service. We strongly recommend you pay the additional amount to send your return via a traceable method - this can be done using the Registered Post option at the post office and costs about $2.60 currently. Remember the return parcel cost is covered by the Reply Paid service so you ONLY need to pay for the Registered option.
All return parcels should have enclosed a copy of the approved returns slip and should be securely sealed. Please do not use courier companies to return goods to us. |

You will need to pay all return postage costs but we will ship exchanges back to you free of additional postage charges.
Parcels should be sent via a prepaid method and should be clearly marked RETURNED GOODS to avoid customs delays. The address is:

We accept no responsibility for returns which are sent by a non-traceable postage method and do not arrive at their destination and in such an event will not issue an exchange or refund. We recomend you pay the additional amount to send your returns via a traceable method.

Exchange and Returns Policy

Exchanges are sent out free of additional postage charges. The number of exchange items requested must not be more than the number of items being returned.
All exchanges and returns must be requested and authorised prior to dispatch. This helps us to process the returns quicker and ensures any exchange items are available and ready to send to you as soon as possible.
To request a return or exchange simply follow the instructions on the back of your tax invoice, telephone or email us and we will arrange the return for you. Our contact details can be found HERE
Should a requested exchange item be out of stock or no longer available we will contact you with the option to either wait for incoming stock, make an alternative selection or request a refund/store credit.
Some items are strictly non returnable. These items are marked in the product description as such and can also be identified by the codes NR and SALE STK in the product name.

| Refunds Policy |
If for any reason you are dissatisfied and wish to return your purchases we will offer a full refund up to 30 days or a store credit up to 60 days from the date of initial dispatch.
Where a refund is requested credit card payments must be credited back to the original card used for payment.
All other payment methods will be given the option to receive the refund payment via direct deposit or as a store credit/gift voucher.
Where the original purchase has been paid for using a Bella Forma Gift Voucher the corresponding amount will be re-issued as a store credit. Gift Voucher purchases are not refundable.
Please note that the shipping cost is not refundable however you will not be asked to pay additional postage on exchanged items.
Sale items (products with the code SALE in the name) are non refundable but you can return them for an exchange or store credit.

| Faulty Goods |
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within three months of purchase.
Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If after assessment by Bella Forma and/or the manufacturer it is agreed that the supplied product has a manufacturing or other fault or defect, we will replace the faulty product for a brand new product of exactly the same style/colour/size combination as originally supplied subject to availability.
We may also offer to repair faulty items. Strictly no refunds for faulty products.
