Stock Grid Information

Here at Bella Forma we believe in giving you as much information as possible before you purchase so you are able to determine how long your stock will take to get to you. After all an informed customer is a happy customer!

To do this we have a stock grid which shows the stock availability for every product in every colour and size combination. The stock grid is colour coded with the key below for easy reference and displays information beside it when you hover the mouse over the size you are interested in on the grid. The stock statuses are as follows:

Limited Stock

Stock has only a limited size and/or colour availability and once sold is very unlikely to come back into stock. This is common with seasonal ranges and one off deliveries. This type of stock will be available for immediate shipping. If you place an order before 12pm stock will be dispatched the same day otherwise it will be dispatched the following day. Weekend orders are dispatched on Monday.

In Stock

Stock is in our warehouse and available for dispatch immediately. If you place an order before 12pm stock will be dispatched the same day otherwise it will be dispatched the following day. Weekend orders are dispatched on Monday.

Ongoing

Not currently in stock but stock is available on an ongoing basis from our suppliers. Stock will take at a maximum the number of 'dispatched within' days quoted to be received and then dispatched from our warehouse. We give a maximum number of days however stock is generaly shipped a little earlier as we get deliveries on a regular basis. Please note choosing express post will not speed up the time it takes for goods to be received into our warehouse, only the postage time to get the delivery from us to you.

Weeks Due

We don't have any stock in the warehouse but there is a delivery due in the stated number of weeks time. This allows you to place a forward order so you are in the queue when the delivery comes in.

Temporarily Unavailable

Due to problems with supplies stock is currently unavailable. For further information on when it may be coming back in stock contact customer services.

Unavailable

This generally means that this size/colour combination is not made by the manufacturer.

Sold Out

We have no stock available and it is unlikely that we will be getting any stock in the future.

Should stock not be available for some unforseen reason within the quoted timescales we will place the order on a 'Back Order' status and will contact you via email to let you know the new estimated delivery times. Very occassionaly an item that is displayed as available will be sold out or discontinued by the supplier without informing us. If either of these happen we will contact you immediately via email so you can either choose an alternative product or cancel that item from the order.
