The high performance design of the Enell means that it doesn't follow standard bra sizing. There are no cup sizes as each size of Enell is designed to fit a range of bra sizes.

To find out which size Enell will be the perfect fit you need to take two quick measurements (with your best fitting everyday bra on):

1) measure around the fullest part of the bust, try not to pull the tape measure too tight or squash the bust when measuring. This is the bust measurement on chart.

2) measure around the rib cage directly underneath the breasts, pull the tape measure firmly around the ribs. This is the rib measurement on the chart.

Then check the Size Chart below to see which Enell is the perfect fit for you.

SIZE TIPS:

For low impact activities or all day use at the workplace you may want to order one size larger than suggested by the size chart. This is called your 'comfort fit'.

For high impact activities such as running, tennis, volleyball, etc.., order the size as indicated by the size chart.

Between sizes? - Your measurements might suggest different sizes so choose your size according to the type of activity you will be doing.

If there is one size difference (chart suggests size 5 or 6) we recommend choosing the larger size for low to medium impact activities and the smaller size for high impact sport.

If there is more than one size difference (chart suggests size 2 or 4) choose the larger size for low impact exercise and the middle size (ie size 3) for high impact sport.

The ENELL feel: Your ENELL is going to feel very different to any sports bras you have worn before as will never have had support like this before. Your first reaction might be that your ENELL is too small. It's probably not! Your ENELL should feel snug for the best support but should still feel comfortable.

Putting the ENELL on: You put your ENELL on like a vest. Start at the BOTTOM and work your way up hooking and 'tucking' as you go. Once your ENELL is fastened, reach in and adjust your breasts in the bra by pulling them up and out towards the underarm so the bra lays flat under your breasts. Your breasts should be held firmly in the upper/fuller portion of the bra. Your nipples should rest just below the arch seam. Your ENELL should be snug but comforable, you can feel the support.

Checking the fit: Twist your body as if doing waist exercises. If the bra moves more than slightly and does not stay in place it may be too big for you. For a low impact/comfort fit the bra will feel looser and may move a little more.
