Our "Perfect Fit Guarantee" means you can try items on in the comfort of your own home and if they are unsuitable, simply return them for a refund or store credit.
How does your Returns Policy work?
1. Return items for a store credit or refund, excluding shipping costs
2. Items must be returned within 30 days
3. Returns must be approved via our RMA system
WHAT items can I return?
Most items including lingerie, swimwear and briefs on the website can be returned. For hygiene reasons, please ensure all briefs/swim bottoms are tried on over your own underwear.
These are a few exceptions, such as Hosiery and Silicone bra inserts, these items will be marked clearly 'NOT RETURNABLE' on the product page.
All returned items must be received undamaged, unworn, unwashed, with all the labels still attached
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items do not meet these criteria. Refused items will be posted back to you and a handling fee of $15 will be charged.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Items need to be returned back to us within 30 days of the order being dispatched.
We recommend you request a return within a few days of receiving your parcel and post items back promptly.

Ensure you have an approved RMA and enclose RMA information.
HOW do customers return items?
Returns need to be requested via our new RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorisation) system.
The RMA system is accessible from your My Account section and allows you to receive notifications when your return is received and then refunded/credited.
What PACKAGING do I use to return my items?
We suggest reusing the packing your item was delivered in if possible.
The satchels can be turned inside out and reused, please ensure the bubble wrap used to protect items in transit is also reused. Alternatively you can use/purchase any similar packing material.
Who pays for SHIPPING for returns?
The customer is liable for all shipping costs to send items back to us.
We recommend you return items via a trackable service as we accept no responsibility for returns which are sent via a non-traceable postage method and do not arrive back to us. In such an event we will not issue a refund or store credit.
All return parcels should have enclosed a copy of the returns form and be securely sealed.
Do you EXCHANGE items?
No. To keep our processes as simple and efficient as possible we offer a store credit or refund only on returns.
To purchase new sizes/items just place a new order for the styles you require.
How long will it take to receive a REFUND?
We aim to process returns within 3 business days of the parcel being received back to us. Refunds are done straight after the return is processed.
How do I get CREDIT for returns?
Once your return has been processed we apply a credit to your account which can be used when you next purchase from us. Credits can be viewed in your My Account section.
Can I get a refund back to a different account than the one I paid with?
No. Where a refund is requested credit card payments must be credited back to the original card used for payment. PayPal accounts will be refunded back to the PayPal account used to pay for the order.
Where the original purchase has been paid for using a Bella Forma Gift Voucher or Credit the corresponding amount will be issued as a store credit. Gift Voucher purchases are not refundable.
What if my item is FAULTY?
Whilst it is very rare, we do occasionally get items that may have a manufacturers fault or defect.
Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are in general not considered to be faulty.
